One Cheesman Place
As the Senior Design Associate of the Mulhern Group, Robert Fitzgerald was called upon to re-design a building in which he had played only a minor role many years earlier. While he working with Skidmore, Ownings, and Merrill in the early 1980's, that firm put forth the design of a modernist, glass-clad luxury high rise residence at one of the most precious sites on Denver's venerable Cheesman Park.

Riverfront Park
Riverfront Park, the first new development in a portion of the former rail yards of lower downtown Denver, literally and figuratively represents the reemergence of an historic neighborhood, the reconnection of the Highlands land with the city and the sites involved in Denver's founding, and the re-discovery of huge tracts of property as being viable, livable and enjoyable.

The Snow Cloud Condominiums at Bachelor Gulch
Stepping its way up the steep slope of the original Bachelor Gulch snowfield, this National Parks-inspired development of 54 whole-ownership condos was the predecessor of the existing Ritz Carlton hotel and the precursor of most of log structures which define this huge new resort in Beaver Creek. Constructed of rugged log, stone and expansive glass openings, this building exhibits the rustic elegance of the Colorado Rockies while setting the style of every home that followed its 2002 completion.
